This film seeks to honor the memory of Georges Delerue who devoted most of his career to film music, creating over 200 scores . Delerue’s versatility allowed him to work across diverse genres, from the New Wave (Contempt by Godard, Jules and Jim by Truffaut) to popular cinema . He also composed for television , radio, and Hollywood, notably collaborating with Oliver Stone (Platoon) . Despite his success , Delerue remained humble . He embraced a wide range of cinema stating that “The film music composer must be a man of all cultures . ”
